Service

AstraGBP helps agencies and businesses manage Google Business Profile listings, including profile data, reviews, posts, media, products, bookings links, and reporting.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account, keeping your team permissions current, and ensuring you have authority to manage each connected business profile.

Google Business Profile actions

When you connect Google, you authorize us to perform actions you request or schedule, such as syncing locations, publishing posts, uploading media, editing profile fields, and replying to reviews.

AI features

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sending it to customers.

Billing

Paid subscriptions, renewals, taxes, and invoices are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your plan limits and feature access may change if payment fails or a subscription is canceled.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or spam content, or to manage profiles you are not authorized to manage.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but Google APIs, third-party providers, quotas, and network issues may interrupt functionality.
